Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator, Toptracer Venue Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application-specific technical support related to Toptracer technology at venues
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues impacting venue operations
• Document solutions for the knowledge base and provide ongoing training to junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support or equivalent support environment
• 5+ years of progressive experience in the IT field
• 3+ years of experience with Dell Wyse Management Suite, VMware Horizon, and VDI
• 3+ years of basic knowledge of networking troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with Observe or equivalent monitoring tools
