Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time System Administrator will manage daily configuration and operations of various systems, ensuring optimal performance and user support for the NIH NIAID Enabling and Advancing Technologies (NEAT) contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform, supervise, and manage daily activities of system configuration and operation across mainframe, mini, or client/server environments
- Plan and monitor system operation optimization and resource utilization, including capacity analysis and planning
- Assist users in accessing business systems while ensuring effective change management of supported software applications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years' experience in clinical technology support, including system administration and configuration management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
- Active Public Trust or higher security clearance
- Strong supervisory skills in managing system configuration and operation
- Extensive experience with mainframe, mini, and client/server-based systems
