Job Summary
Supporting customers' server and network environments, the full-time System Administrator will manage incident and change tickets for Windows, Unix, and Linux servers, as well as network devices, while working remotely as part of a 24x7x365 operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting and server/software updates across various operating systems and networking devices
- Respond to customer issues and resolve them using technology tools and procedures in line with service level agreements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and support processes
Required qualifications
- High School education or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in Windows Server administration, Linux Server administration, or network technologies
- Experience with ITIL-based incident tracking systems, preferably Service-Now
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Understanding of network and server monitoring tools and technologies
