System Administrator
Job Summary
Joining a team of 7, the full-time System & Network Administrator will provide IT support, manage user tickets, and oversee hardware inventory while working in an international environment based in Boulogne Billancourt.
Key responsibilities
- Provide user support and troubleshoot incidents for workstations and software, both in-person and remotely
- Manage the IT hardware inventory, including preparation, installation, and lifecycle management of equipment
- Participate in first-level administration tasks and contribute to ongoing process improvements and documentation
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (2nd or 3rd year)
- Previous experience in IT support (internship or project) is preferred
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and desktop environments, particularly Windows
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP
- Professional proficiency in English is appreciated
