System Administrator
Job Summary
Providing system and infrastructure operations support, the remote System Administrator II will manage virtual servers, perform patch management, and troubleshoot system issues while ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Key responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain virtual servers and network components
- Monitor systems for performance issues, availability, and security controls, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations while maintaining infrastructure inventories
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in system administration or infrastructure operations
- Experience with virtual environments, operating systems, and network infrastructure
- Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and patch management
- Experience supporting backup and recovery activities
- Ability to pass a background investigation successfully
