System Administrator
Job Summary
Working remotely in approved states, the full-time System Administrator will monitor, configure, manage, and improve various university systems while ensuring data integrity and collaborating with stakeholders to support new product and service roll-outs.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain systems to support business needs and ensure data security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and support new product and service opportunities
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in ServiceNow and address production support issues
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an application support role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Experience administering or supporting a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform
- Proven ability to analyze business and technical issues and document findings
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
