Job Summary
A company is looking for a System Administrator for Support Tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain support systems, including user setup and configuration updates
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Intercom and related contact center tools
- Build, test, and update no-/low-code workflows and maintain reporting views for system performance
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in system administration, IT operations, or configuring no-/low-code platforms
- Ability to quickly develop expertise in new systems
- Experience managing intake, ticketing, or prioritization workflows
- Technical aptitude with workflow builders and understanding of APIs or integrations
- Experience supporting customer support or operations teams is a plus
