Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator for Support Tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain support systems, including user setup and configuration updates
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Intercom and related contact center tools
  • Build, test, and update no-/low-code workflows and maintain reporting views for system performance
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in system administration, IT operations, or configuring no-/low-code platforms
  • Ability to quickly develop expertise in new systems
  • Experience managing intake, ticketing, or prioritization workflows
  • Technical aptitude with workflow builders and understanding of APIs or integrations
  • Experience supporting customer support or operations teams is a plus
