System Administrator II

Job Summary

Managing and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, the full-time hybrid System Administrator II will ensure system security and efficiency while supporting day-to-day operations and implementing new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor essential IT enterprise systems, including operating systems, security tools, and networking systems
• Implement and manage security measures, ensuring data protection and system backups are in place and tested regularly
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate project statuses and provide technical support as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of system administration experience
• ITIL v4 or equivalent certification required (can be obtained within six months of employment)
• Experience in cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and experience in a call center or revenue cycle management environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security technologies, along with relevant professional certifications preferred
