System Administrator III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator III to support a government customer in a secure, mission-essential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain AWS GovCloud environments in support of modernization projects
• Administer and maintain Oracle and Oracle APEX applications environments, ensuring stable infrastructure
• Perform ongoing systems administration activities, including OS patching and environment monitoring in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a system administration role, with 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of AWS or cloud-based platforms and experience with serverless and containerization
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Terraform
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
