System Administrator - Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator - Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the revenue cycle system, ensuring accuracy of billing records
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members while collaborating with internal and external partners
• Generate and audit weekly/monthly billing records and reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in healthcare, medical billing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, such as accounts receivable or revenue cycle
• Previous experience with prior authorization processes involving payers and providers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong relationship-building skills with payers and internal/external customers
