System Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations of the Fiserv banking platform, the full-time remote System Analyst will act as the primary internal support for the Fiserv Administrator, assist in maintaining configuration settings, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business functionality.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance of configuration settings, business workflow automation, and reporting functions on the Fiserv banking platform
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for improving support and functionality within the Fiserv platform
• Track and report on Fiserv-related support tickets, managing escalations and ensuring timely updates from Fiserv

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years' experience working with Fiserv core banking platforms required
• Experience with Fiserv Premier or Fiserv Precision strongly preferred
• 3+ years working within a Bank / Financial services company required
• Experience with IBM Cognos and business workflow automation preferred
