System Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting technology implementations, the full-time remote System Analyst will manage client data transactions, provide technical support, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective system operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with managers and users to identify and prioritize system problems, providing on-call technical support as needed
• Manage client import/exports, payroll/carrier files, and conduct routine analysis of data transactions to recommend solutions for production issues
• Train client HR partners on Bswift software and maintain system accuracy while ensuring compliance with third-party standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, computer science, or information systems
• 2-3 years of application/system analysis or enrollment build experience preferred
• 2-3 years of insurance experience
• 1-2 years of experience with Bswift
• Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
