Key Responsibilities

• Support the Payments area by defining digital strategy and execution roadmap
• Analyze data for accuracy and efficiencies, producing advanced reports and identifying areas for improvement
• Provide expert technical support, ensuring smooth processes and continuous improvement of the end-user experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in system analysis, particularly in the banking and payments domain
• Proficiency in technical skills such as MQueue, Kafka, and API development/integration
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret and communicate findings
• Familiarity with compliance testing and system requirements documentation
• Expertise in troubleshooting and enhancing system processes
