System Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Architect to shape the next generation of business and technology capabilities within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Align architecture with business priorities and define system-level non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Define and communicate architectural vision during planning sessions and guide Agile teams during implementation
• Guide system design and evolution while promoting built-in quality and supporting DevOps practices

Required Qualifications

• Former full-stack developer with a transition into architecture
• Strong experience in Java or Python and integration architecture
• Experience architecting multiple systems in a complex environment
• Familiarity with BPM and experience within SAFe or similar Agile enterprise models
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business leaders and engineering teams
