System Architect
Job Summary
Owning the architecture and technical direction for the Awareness to Revenue platforms, the full-time remote System Architect will guide integration and data architecture, define architectural enablers, and align agile teams within the Agile Release Train while ensuring adherence to security and governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own platform-level architecture, standards, and technical direction for A2R platforms, including Salesforce
- Guide integration and data architecture connecting Salesforce with marketing automation and customer success platforms
- Define architectural enablers and non-functional requirements, managing capacity within the Agile Release Train's backlog
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of industry experience designing and implementing technical solutions
- 5+ years of experience in a platform, system, or solution architecture role
- Hands-on architecture-level experience with CRM, data and analytics, or enterprise resource planning platforms
- Experience in a SAFe environment or other scaled Agile framework, including PI Planning
- Working knowledge of data model governance and integration patterns within a major SaaS platform
