Job Summary
Leading the Plan Building and System Configuration team, the full-time remote System Configuration Supervisor will ensure accurate and compliant plan setups and claims adjudication while overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise team members, providing coaching and performance feedback while managing work priorities and productivity
- Oversee the design and maintenance of healthcare plan setups to support auto adjudication and ensure compliance with specifications
- Coordinate with IT and operational teams to manage system integrations and lead efforts for process and technology improvements
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in plan building, system configuration, and claims adjudication in the healthcare industry
- 1-2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefit administration and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and configuration tools
