System Designer
Job Summary
Leading the development of various projects, the full-time remote System/Site Designer will utilize Revit and other advanced software to create 2D and 3D designs, consult with clients, and support engineering and sales teams in producing professional drawings and proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop designs using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM for customer and internal use
- Produce project site drawings and renderings while analyzing material and equipment schedules
- Consult with clients to determine requirements and resolve complex design issues
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant design/drafting experience with exposure to Revit standards
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design
- Experience using Autodesk products such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Associates degree from an accredited CAD training program preferred
- Ability to interpret specifications and recommend design improvements
