Job Summary
A company is looking for a System & Process Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Masco Operating System (MOS) tools to identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Lead a team of technology leads to maintain and enhance customer solutions systems
- Collaborate with Information Services (IS) and vendors to implement technology solutions that improve customer support efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a relevant field
