Job Summary

A company is looking for a System & Process Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Masco Operating System (MOS) tools to identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
  • Lead a team of technology leads to maintain and enhance customer solutions systems
  • Collaborate with Information Services (IS) and vendors to implement technology solutions that improve customer support efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a relevant field
  • Over 5 years of experience in leading customer service teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in customer service software systems and related tools
