System Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time System Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while collaborating with sales and engineering teams to develop technical solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure new hardware, software, and network components
• Mentor and train other engineers while providing support to clients via phone, email, and onsite visits

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience at a Managed Service Provider
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, AWS, and Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with VMware and storage area networks (SANs)
• Must be within a 3-hour commute to Los Angeles, CA for occasional company events
