System Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing managed services environment, the full-time System Engineer will design, implement, and support infrastructure and cloud-based technology solutions for clients while managing technical projects and collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support networking solutions including firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies
• Lead technical projects and deployments, ensuring successful client outcomes through collaboration and troubleshooting
• Assist with Microsoft and cloud technologies, including Azure and Office 365, for deployments and migrations

Required qualifications

• Preferred 3+ years of IT project experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly SharePoint and Azure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
