System Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical expertise and support, the full-time remote System Engineer will implement, configure, and maintain the Spok communication system to ensure efficient operation and alignment with clinical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for the Call Center systems
- Install, configure, and maintain the Spok communication system
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or seven years of relevant experience
- Experience with Spok and similar communication systems
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system engineering or administration
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus
- ITIL certification is preferred
