System Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote System Maintenance Technician II will analyze business needs, articulate complex processes, and provide training and documentation for end users while working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and requirements to recommend solutions for business issues
- Collect, interpret, and present VA data to support decision-making
- Support project managers by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies
Required qualifications
- Associates of Arts in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent, plus 3 years of experience
- Four years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education
- Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
