System Migration Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation and maintenance of pharmacy automation systems, the full-time remote System Migration Analyst will provide installation and configuration support, collaborate with internal teams and onsite technicians, and troubleshoot system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Follow remote installation and upgrade procedures for scheduled projects
• Communicate with onsite technicians and internal resources to complete projects effectively
• Conduct system testing and assist with troubleshooting as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or up to 3 years equivalent work experience in Business or Information Technology
• Experience with deploying OVA files, VMs, and VMware environments
• Proficiency in MS Windows Operating Systems
• Knowledge of LAN2LAN, modem, EDI, SFTP, SQL, and systems security
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in various stages of implementation
