Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sys Ops Technician II to join their Cloud Services team in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation teams to enhance client experience
Create documentation for software installations, server configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
Collaborate with Cloud Services groups to resolve issues and assist with configuration changes/testing

Required Qualifications

3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, Command Line)
Understanding of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
