Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Operator (Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Responds to and resolves customer issues using technology tools and procedures
Utilizes Service Now for documentation of incidents and service requests
Escalates issues according to established procedures

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field
1 year of experience in IT Service Desk functions, including Windows OS and networking
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems and IT monitoring tools
Proficient in Microsoft products and operating systems
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA A+/Network+
