System Product Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a System Product Designer to support the design system and enhance collaboration between design and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Principal System Designer in maintaining the design system's roadmap and implementing tactical improvements
- Assist in creating and maintaining design tokens and updating the component library
- Document usage guidelines and collaborate with developers to ensure consistency between design and code
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience working on a design system
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of design tokenization and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take direction from senior team members
