System Programmer Senior System Programmer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a System Programmer/Senior System Programmer in the Information Technology field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain IBM System Z Mainframe and related software and hardware
- Provide technical support to IT staff and end users, troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Participate in system maintenance, installation, and capacity planning activities
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Mainframe Systems or related training
- Proficiency in IBM System Z Mainframe technologies and software such as ZOS, CICS, JCL, TSO, SDSF, RMM Tape Management, Pan-Apt, IAM, and RACF Security
- Knowledge of production control concepts, security administration, and external operating system facilities
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills quickly
