Job Summary
A company is looking for a System Support Analyst I to provide technical support for InteleShare customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support by addressing customer problems via phone and portal, while actively monitoring client sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications, Windows operating systems, and SQL Server databases
- Maintain comprehensive documentation by logging all incidents and problems within the ServiceNow ticketing system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Windows administration and technical customer support
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for both servers and workstations
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a client-facing environment
- Ability to work remotely using secure connections, phone, and remote desktop-sharing tools
- Experience running queries in SQL databases is preferred
