Job Summary
A company is looking for a System Support Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support by addressing customer problems via phone and portal, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service delivery
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications and operating systems to restore functionality and minimize downtime
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents and problems within the ticketing system to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Windows administration and technical customer support
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for both servers and workstations
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a client-facing environment
- Ability to work remotely using secure connections, phone, and remote desktop-sharing tools
- Experience running queries in SQL databases is preferred
