Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Support Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive technical support by addressing customer problems via phone and portal, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service delivery
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications and operating systems to restore functionality and minimize downtime
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents and problems within the ticketing system to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Windows administration and technical customer support
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for both servers and workstations
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a client-facing environment
  • Ability to work remotely using secure connections, phone, and remote desktop-sharing tools
  • Experience running queries in SQL databases is preferred
