Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Support Engineer to handle customer issues and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of customer systems and services, providing on-call support as needed
  • Liaise with development teams to resolve reported issues and track faults through to resolution
  • Contribute to continual service improvement and prepare troubleshooting guides for team members or customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT field with L2/L3 support skills, particularly for external customers
  • Experience with Linux and IT operations systems
  • Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and firewalls
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn across the technology stack
