System Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Support Manager - Engineering & Construction Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical direction and support for applications within the Engineering and Construction system stack
• Define, document, design, test, and implement strategies to enhance Network Systems
• Support the IT Agile process and perform Root Cause Analysis post system outages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in network technology/engineering or relevant professional experience
• 7 years' experience in the Telecom industry and Technical Project Management
• Experience with IT systems requirements, agile processes, and end-to-end testing
• Application specific experience with IQGeo, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
• Firm grasp of networking concepts, including Fiber and PON networks
