System Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Support Manager - Engineering & Construction Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of systems supporting the Engineering and Construction team
• Define, document, design, test, and implement strategies to enhance Network Systems
• Support IT Agile processes and perform root cause analysis post system outages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in network technology/engineering or relevant professional experience
• 7 years of experience in the Telecom industry and technical project management
• Experience with IT systems requirements, agile processes, and UAT testing
• Application-specific experience with IQGeo, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
• Firm grasp of networking concepts, including Fiber and PON networks
