Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual support for practices during the rollout and ongoing adoption of the system
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to identify areas needing additional coaching or support
  • Track support sessions and practice performance indicators to ensure timely resolution and improvement
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an optical, optometry, or healthcare practice
  • Leadership experience in roles such as practice manager or trainer is preferred
  • Experience supporting the adoption of new systems or workflows is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams
