System Support Specialist I

Job Summary

Providing essential technical support for radiology IT systems, the full-time System Support Specialist I will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RIS, PACS, and VNA while collaborating with clinical and IT teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems, ensuring system availability and performance
• Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to diagnose system issues and implement solutions for improved operational efficiency
• Support healthcare interoperability standards to maintain seamless integration between imaging systems and electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Healthcare IT, with exposure to radiology systems support
• Working knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and medical imaging workflows
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, IHE, and healthcare interoperability standards
• Experience with Windows Server environments and SQL Server or Oracle databases
