Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Create radar system architectures based on customer requirements
Track new technologies to enhance performance or reduce costs for RF systems
Oversee technical development on NRE activities with multi-discipline teams

Required Qualifications:

BS in Electrical Engineering with 12 years of RF-based design experience, or MS/Ph.D. with 8 years in DoD/DoW industry
Strong technical background in military/defense system development and radar/communications systems
Demonstrated technical leadership and subject matter expertise
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
