Systems Administration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Systems Administration to oversee the daily operation and support of server, storage, and core infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Systems Administrators providing 24/7 operational support
• Manage ticket queues, incident response, and change management activities
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on systems administration experience
• 1-3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong experience with Windows Server/Linux and Azure cloud technologies
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices and experience in hybrid or cloud-connected environments
• Exposure to automation tools, preferably PowerShell
