Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Application, Security, and User support for the Production Infrastructure
• Utilize the Remedy-Helix ticketing system to manage and resolve user requests
• Establish working relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate problem solving and learning

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Medium-to-Large Windows AD 2016/2019 Networks
• Experience with Microsoft Entra, M365 Platform, and DNS Management
• Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and Networking Core Troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or AWS Cloud Practitioner desired
