Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents to return service to clients quickly
- Manage servers, systems, and technology tools, including installation and configuration of software and hardware
- Maintain and update system documentation and service ticket records while staying current with the latest technologies
Required Qualifications
- Eight to ten years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced experience with Active Directory, GPO, and PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with server virtualization technologies like Nutanix, VMware, or Hyper V
- BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certifications are a plus
- Must pass a Tier 4 background investigation
