Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize networked software and operating systems
• Perform server and storage hardware/software installation and maintenance tasks
• Provide on-call support during off-duty hours on a scheduled/rotating basis

Required Qualifications

• Generally requires a BS Degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience with X86 server, storage, and networking infrastructure
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, or Hyper-V
• Desired certifications in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Storage Area Networking
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages and infrastructure management tools
