Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems/Application Administrator to work overnight.

Key Responsibilities

Run and monitor performance of batch jobs and applications to ensure system stability
Perform troubleshooting analysis and provide resolution of batch job issues
Provide on-call support for batch jobs running on UNIX systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Strong technical skills in UNIX systems and ORACLE database
Experience with shell programming and scripting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Background investigation required prior to starting work
