Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their Infrastructure Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform server and system administration tasks, including monitoring, security permissions, and performance tuning
• Aid in the design, build, test, and deployment of new systems and processes
• Support internal and cloud infrastructure standards, ensuring best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in systems administration OR associate degree with 5+ years OR high school equivalency with 8+ years of experience
• Experience with basic Linux administration and managing SAN/vSAN/HCI infrastructure
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere and writing scripts in SCCM (PowerShell)
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure elements (Azure or AWS) and ITIL framework
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under pressure
