Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to support its technology infrastructure and ensure smooth operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and maintain the stability and performance of client and internal systems
• Implement and configure new hardware and software as directed by the Principal Engineer
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to client devices, networks, and applications

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
• Familiarity with common IT protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Addigy, NinjaOne preferred)
