Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator for a 3 Month Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade computer system hardware and software, focusing on defect automation between ServiceNow and Jira
• Design and implement automation strategies to reduce manual effort and improve system synchronization
• Provide operational support for information systems and manage recovery procedures, scheduling, and backups

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with up to one year of professional IT experience
• Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow automation principles and implementation
• Hands-on familiarity with Jira administration and automation workflows
• A conceptual understanding of core IT theories and industry best practices
• A proactive "learner's mindset" with the ability to follow complex procedures
