Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for technology teams and vendors, ensuring effective communication and support
Monitor alerts and incidents, performing troubleshooting and escalating issues as necessary
Provide operational oversight and coordinate training for server operators and new staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in a large 24x7 high availability data center environment
Specialized knowledge of server operating systems and experience with load balancers
Familiarity with UNIX and Windows Server operating systems and basic networking concepts
Experience with IT standardized processes and methodologies (ITIL, Event Management, etc.)
