Job Summary
Systems Administrator, responsible for supporting enterprise systems including Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk in a fully remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor support channels, responding to user requests
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Maintain documentation and logs of work performed in Jira
Required Qualifications
- Over five years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Proven experience with Slack, Google Workspace, and Zendesk
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum and project management methodologies
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
