Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Systems Administrator will manage server backup operations using Commvault and VEEAM, maintain enterprise multi-user network attached storage systems, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal storage management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Commvault and VEEAM backup systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing data restores
• Maintain operation of enterprise storage systems, ensuring compliance and optimization across various vendor devices
• Develop and maintain documentation and policies related to enterprise shared storage resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience
• US Citizenship is required due to project nature
• Experience with VEEAM and Commvault backup products in large server environments
• Knowledge of storage devices from multiple vendors, particularly DataDomain, Isilon, and NetApp
• Understanding of CMMC compliance principles is required
