Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Managing the full device lifecycle, the contract-to-hire Systems Administrator will provide end-user support across hardware and applications, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and evaluate technology solutions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full device lifecycle, including deployment, security, maintenance, and operational support
• Provide end-user and system support across hardware, applications, and devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across network, server, cloud, and application environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering within enterprise Microsoft environments (healthcare preferred)
• Strong experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM and/or Intune, and enterprise networking
• PowerShell experience preferred
• Knowledge of device technologies, troubleshooting, and endpoint management
