Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, the full-time remote Systems Administrator will ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of systems and networks while troubleshooting complex issues and implementing new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support servers and IT infrastructure components for high availability and performance
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and installations to keep the IT environment secure and up-to-date

Required qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in IT systems administration or a similar role
• Proficiency in Windows server environments, virtualization technologies, and cloud services
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus but not required
