Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day health of Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services, the full-time remote Systems Administrator will monitor, maintain, and enhance the organization's cloud environments while collaborating with technical leadership to ensure a secure and productive clinical workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Azure environment, including security services and resource management
• Administer Microsoft 365 E5 tenant, managing user lifecycle and security configurations
• Provide escalated Tier 2/3 support and document infrastructure configurations and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 years of systems administration experience
• Demonstrated expertise in administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure management
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration at scale, including Exchange Online and Teams
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies
