Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support enterprise backup and storage operations, the full-time remote Systems Administrator will manage Commvault and VEEAM backup systems, maintain multi-user network attached storage systems, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while being part of an on-call rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Commvault and VEEAM backup systems, including monitoring, configuring, and performing data restores
• Maintain operation of enterprise storage systems, ensuring compliance and optimizing performance across various platforms
• Develop and maintain documentation and policies related to enterprise shared storage resources and backup operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of work experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with VEEAM and Commvault backup products in a large server environment
• Knowledge of storage devices from multiple vendors, specifically DataDomain, Isilon, and NetApp
• Understanding of CMMC compliance principles
• US Citizenship is required due to project nature
